As the founder of Eastern Data Graphics, Inc. – a leader in specialty label printing and fulfillment services to the oil and chemicals industries, Mike grew and eventually sold the company to Graphic Technologies Inc., of Kansas City, a U.S. subsidiary of publicly-traded Nitto Denko of Osaka, Japan.
Since then, Mr. Zoglio has provided M&A advisory and intermediary services to middle-market businesses for sale, providing: (a) sale, merger and acquisition advisory services; (b) value-enhancement consulting; (c) market valuations; and (d) exit planning consulting.
Mike also owns Tower Hill Press, a contract book publisher; and was the founder of CityCamUSA, an Internet marketing company which has since sold. Mike served on several community non-profit boards, raised millions of dollars on their behalf and was a founding board of advisors member of a community bank with branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
